Successful negotiation can be learnt!
Yes, there may be born negotiators who were born with the necessary powers of persuasion, demeanour and empathy. They have negotiation in their blood. For everyone else, this is not something you need to be impressed by. Because the art of successful negotiation can be learnt like a solid craft.
In 2014 we, → Jörg Pfützenreuter und → Thomas Veitengruber, have set up our own training centre, the VerhandlungsWerkstatt®, where we develop your negotiation skills. You can find out all about the art of negotiation in the section on our → Methods.
In the VerhandlungsWerkstatt® we work practically: Negotiating face-to-face, on the phone, in video conferences and via e-mail. Together we will work out how you can present yourself convincingly and negotiate with companies (customers, suppliers) or employees.
