The training covers the following topics:

  • Key competences for successful negotiation (setting clear objectives, seeing through positions of power …)
  • Strengthening your negotiating position through clear rhetoric and body language
  • Conclusion of successful negotiations
  • A look behind the scenes: Recognising different communication and
    behaviour patterns in yourself and others
  • Understanding of typical women’s and men’s language in a professional context
  • Knowledge of status games and how to maintain the upper hand in any situation
  • Counter insinuations and insinuations professionally
  • Strengthening the power of persuasion: arguing effectively and resolving typical objections
  • Mastering difficult situations: taking the wind out of the sails of unpleasant negotiating partners

You will also receive checklists for preparing and conducting negotiations.
