- A look behind the scenes: Recognising different communication and
behaviour patterns in yourself and others - Understanding of typical women’s and men’s language in a professional context
- Knowledge of status games and how to maintain the upper hand in any situation
- Counter insinuations and insinuations professionally
- Strengthening the power of persuasion: arguing effectively and resolving typical objections
- Mastering difficult situations: taking the wind out of the sails of unpleasant negotiating partners
You will also receive checklists for preparing and conducting negotiations.
